Jack-of-all-Trades (sage study)

An ability to collect low-level skills or abilities from other classes, in order to enable the character to successfully act as a tradesman, official, religious figure or professional.

Amateur

The character may choose two abilities of amateur level from any class (cleric, bard, monk, mage, etcetera). Please note that an 'ability' should not be mistaken for a 'study.' For example, within thieving and assassination sage abilities, 'Guile' is a study while 'Acceptance', 'Find Place' and 'Passing Through' are abilities.

For every additional 15 points of knowledge above 10, the character may acquire another skill. Thus, a character with 43 knowledge points in Jack-of-all-Trades would have four different sage abilities, chosen from various character classes.

Authority

As with amateur, except that the character may choose two abilities of authority level from any class. An additional ability is gained for every 25 points of knowledge above 30.

Expert

As with lesser expertise, except that the character may choose two abilities of expert level from any class. An additional ability is gained for every 35 points of knowledge above 60.

Sage

As with lesser expertise, except that the character may choose two abilities of sage level from any class. An additional ability is gained for every 45 points of knowledge above 100.
