Starshine (spell)

Range: self
Duration: until dawn
Area of Effect: 100' radius
Casting Time: 2 rounds
Saving Throw: none
Level: druid (3rd)

Doubles the illumination from the moon or the stars at night, so that persons within the area of effect are able to act in conditions of near-daylight. The area of effect is centered on the caster at the moment the spell is discharged, but it does not shift again from that position afterwards. The spell has no effect if cast if the sun is above the horizon, and the spell's duration ends when the sun rises.

Starshine will make it bright enough to read, to do work, to move about without tripping and so on. All creatures entering the area are able to enjoy these benefits.

The spell has no special effect upon infravision or ultravision.
